Shipping Policy

We currently ship across Canada. International shipping is not yet available but coming soon.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): $8.99 flat rate
• Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): $14.99 flat rate
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $60

Subscription Orders

Monthly subscription boxes ship on or around the 5th of each month. You will receive an email 3 days before shipping with your flavor summary, giving you time to make any last-minute changes.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or arrives significantly delayed, contact us at contact@drinkampd.com and we will investigate with the carrier. AMPD is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or weather, but we will always work to make it right.

Address Changes

Address changes must be made before your order ships. Contact us immediately at contact@drinkampd.com if you need to update your shipping address.
