Products & Pricing

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue products. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Health Disclaimer

AMPD products are filed with Health Canada as Natural Health Products (NHP); the NPN is pending. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

Subscriptions

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize AMPD to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account, at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations after the billing date will take effect on the following cycle.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the AMPD name, logo, product designs, and copy — is the intellectual property of AMPD Performance Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMPD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
